TARGET GROUP :

• For males and females aged 50 years and above, healthy in body and spirit
• With an interest in exercise, movement, singing
• With a concern for the public community, love and care for others
• Retirees are given priority

ACTIVITY / PROGRAMME :

• SINGING PRACTICE: A 3-hour session once a month
• SOCIAL SERVICE:
  • Required to become a member of the caring team.
  • Conduct home visits, friendly phone calls, escort for medical appointments
  • Performance at Community and social level
• EXCHANGE PROGRAMME: The caring team may travel to Malaysia or Taiwan to participate in the Golden Hits Concerts, and to interact with the elderly from other countries

OBJECTIVE :

Concern & Care Society has specially established the "Music Academy for the Elderly" to meet the growing needs of our community.

This Academy is to cater to the different needs of individuals to bring out the shine in the golden years of their life, and to lend meaning and substance in understanding the joy of giving.
